A special 'Happy Mother's Day' wish from me to MY Mom. I am SO LUCKY that she is still in my life and SO GRATEFUL that we are SO CLOSE. My Mother said to me, years ago, "I know that my children love me, EVERY DAY. I don't need a special day of the year to remind me of THAT." THAT'S the way it should be - she's comfortable in the knowledge that she is loved AND appreciated.
With that in mind, I would also like to send out a wish for all of my Forum friends who happen to be mothers. I know how hard you all work for your families - and that each of you make THEM the CONSTANT priority. I hope they are all expressing their appreciation to you today, but, most importantly, EVERY DAY. And, I hope that all the FATHERS out there are expressing their appreciation to the mothers of THEIR children.
A few special Moms that come to mind are:
Melissa, Cathy, Patty, Rhonda, Jane, Ms. Tia, Tripsy, Angela, Susan, Donna, Mindy AND Debby Bonamassa
I certainly didn't mean to forget anyone, and so, forgive me in advance if I have. EVERYONE deserves a special nod today. Even the women who wanted desperately to be mothers and were not able - remember, today is ESPECIALLY HARD for THEM. So, if you are a caretaker, and love whoever it is that you 'mother' unconditionally, then my hat is off to you today - and, EVERY DAY. I sincerely appreciate EACH and EVERY ONE of you. You make the world a better place for ALL of US.
LOTS OF LOVE,
Libby
