Topic: Hi

I'm David, 43 yrs old. I grew up listening to Aerosmith (my favorite band), Led Zeppelin, Jimi Hendrix, etc. I also live only 14 miles away from where Joe grew up but somehow I missed him - my loss. I own all of Joe's CD's. I believe he is one of the greatest, if not THE greatest living guitarist.

Gee David, that means you've probably breathed some of the same AIR as Joe did when he grew up.  That's exciting.  I'm sorry that you missed him too.  It's frustrating for ALL of us, after we DO discover him, that we had to wait SO long - no matter WHEN we discovered him.  Living 14 miles away??  Now THAT would be FRUSTRATING.

A VERY WARM WELCOME TO THE FORUM.  You will find us to be a (mostly) happy crowd - filled with enthusiasm for Joe, gobs of information, and a general love of FUN.  Glad you could join us.  Gonna catch any Joe shows this summer?

Thanks for the welcome, fw. Here's something else that's interesting about wolves. They're actually afraid of people. This guy that breeds them with huskies said that he tried to keep a wolf as a pet but all it did was hide in the corner of his pen all day so he released it back into the wild.
