I really love the tone he got out of that black relic strat he plays in the video and I really want to find out the specs about it...anyone know anything about it? can't seem to find much online...

thanks for that link...found a little about what i needed to know...also found that the people on that forum aren't nearly as friendly as on this one...

I will never go to that message board again. Let's just say many there don't have a favorable opinion of Joe. Love John, but some of his fans are idiots.

Jeff Beck,Johnny Winter & Derek Trucks doing Highway 61,Clapton & Winwood. The whole show was great!!

It was one of the memorable experiences not to forget.  My wife and I came up from the Carolina's and met a lot of nice people on the forum, Cathy, Lee, tarsus52, etc... Derek was great along with BB's tribute to EC, that was priceless.

It will remain in my top 10 musical experiences. The whole weekend. Sonny Landreth Thursday, Walter Trout Friday and then the festival. The added bonus was meeting so many forum buddies..Yes we spread the word of Joe in Chicago that weekend!    Cathy
