Jeremy Roenick on the verge of retirement  comes in to be a "role" player scores 2 and assists on 2 others!! Thornton better pick it up a notch in the next round if they want to keep going. If the Sharks don't make the finals, their season could be considered a failure. This is supposed to be their year. The next round match ups are going to be awesome!! Hey JOE you keeping up on this? HAHA I know the answer.

Don't think I can tonight,but you shouldn't miss Colorado Detroit. They have a playoff history and it could be very intense.

To tell you the truth I don't know how much longer the Flyers are going to hang around. How would you like to be at that AHL game that went to 5 overtimes?! Wonder how many people were left watching that game. I know you're a Pitt fan.....you ever see the Crosby videos on youtube? He does appear to fake injuries on a couple . Especially that faceoff at center ice. Don't get me wrong I like watching him play but he better stop pulling that crap or they will try to give him a reason not to get up!!

Just watched game 2 at home, may I add which is nice.  Pens dominated Rangers and how bout Pens defense today?  Pens will take one in NYC, but still hope she goes 7.

I had to make a run into Anchorage (1200 mile roundtrip) on thursday. Friday morn it snowed between 18-21 inches in Anch; so I was stuck at Peanut Farm, sports bar with 8, thirteen foot screens, pretty sweet but all Ranger fans due to Gomez & Dubinsky.  I had to remind them all if it wasn't for Conklin, another Pen from Anch, Pens might not made playoffs when Fleury was hurt.

So I had to get home for Sundays 10 am game.  Left sat morn for the normal 14 hr drive home on rough dirt roads thru mnts.  Ended up taking 18 hrs. Had to cross 3 summits, each 25 miles across in whiteout conditions at 15 mph, no joke, pretty delirious trip home.  Man, when will this snow leave.  Didn't chain trk up and only one flat on last summit, but got home at daybreak & watched game, worth every minute of the nightmare drive all last night too.  Pens are looking great and Avery like a fool.
