Hmmm...vaguely reminds me of the Sweet Cherry bursts you see around, just a tad lighter. Was it a custom deal from Gibson or something?

It was given to him by Gibson in 2001 at the Gibson factory. I don't know the exact circumstances. He played it on ANDY live through Had to Cry albums. He replaced the front pickup in 2002 with a PAF
