I finally got the cd with the recordings I made today! Not quite sure what to think - I haven't listened to all of it yet, but what I've heard so far is excellent musical quality but with Joe's voice consistently distant. It is in any event a perfectly listenable recording of a particularly fine show.

I will make copies for whoever is interested, just let me know here or directly. I'll also see if I can figure out how to put a torrent up.

Yes please George I'd LOVE a copy to remind me of that wonderful evening in The Hague in such entertaining company.  I need a fix to keep me going until July.  I'll e-mail you.

Brought my laptop along my holidaytrip.And finally got a hotel with wireless internet.Been in California this past week,now driving around Arizona.Read that you've got that taping recorded.I like to have a copy of it.Can't wait till June for the new album.That's a long time.You got my email adres.

This is my third trip in the USA.
Last September we went from San Francisco to Denver,Colorado.
So yes this is a different one.The weather is great.And we're having lot's of fun.

Your linguistic background is very similar to mine when I started to learn Dutch. If you wanted to, and if you set your mind to it, you could learn Dutch pretty quickly. I'm sure Andre would be happy to join me in offering you lessons anytime! big_smile

Alright - can we start a "language course thread" ?! Hmm ... we could offer English of course, Dutch, German, Italian (?), maybe some Spanish, and - not forgetting - Bavarian and Viennese ... maybe we´re all mulitlingual within WEEKS! wink
Oh, I think I´ll start one - want to learn some Dutch for the next Amsterdam visit (whenever that will be)...
