Went to Uncle Petey's the other night...Sampled a bunch of great stuff...Pittsburgh Jeff's sauce, Big Jeff jones' salsa, Roosters Hawg sauce....bunch of great stuff...man that was one great dinner.
Will be doin' some internet shopping REAL SOON !!

Mmmmm....think I caught that wonderful smell drifting up north here. Sounds like a great time! 
But the REAL question is...were you playing Joe at the BBQ???

Some good stuff for sure. Haven't had the pleasure of sampling the Hawg sauce yet. Big Jeffs Salsa and bbq is some good eatin. On that note I guess I'll let my forum friends in on whats happening with Big Bens BBQ. As of April 25th I will no longer be a part of Roadside Ribs and Big Bens BBQ. Thats right I'm moving on.
My next door neighbor is moving to Deleware the first week of May and I'm taking over her deli/catering business. Sweet gig. I had thoughts of buying it but don't have the nads to take out a home equity loan. So, she's paying me a very nice salary and a % of catering. It's like owning it without the risk and headaches. I'm so pumped.
