Glad to see some hockey talk on here. We have to do with Center Ice & NHL network, and all the local back east sports shows but better than watchin scores & stats I guess. Best hockey of the year right now too; 2-3 games a day for our family.
Been Pens fans close to 40 years, remember going to games in 70's and only 6-7 thousand people in Civic Arena; it's got better as now everythings sold out. Up here, mostly Canuck fans still cowering in the depths of depression; but I put the invite out to come over for the games. Actually, have alot of upriver friends & Indians from Canada who watch hockey here when in town. Local Indians into hockey too but not too many the white people here appreciate sports. I miss hockey & football more than anything, can't figure these locals out.
The Sharks/Flames game 1 was pretty good but glad to see S.J. win game 2. Game 1 was much better than Pens/Sens first. Looking forward to Caps/Flyers like everyone else. Heck, I watch every game now.
The Pens should do well if they show more consistency, they have the talent, but have watched them for years not show up now and then, can't even play that game in second season. I'm looking for Crosby to shine in game 2 this afternoon.
You all see that rocket richard movie that came out last year? Best buy has it, pick her up, good hockey movie and the extra stuff is as good as the movie itself.
