I'm already ticked at my Braves. Two games, two games screwed by the bullpen. Looks like another fun year of that.
I'm going down to Arlington at some point next month for some games. Always a good time.
Bottom of the 6th, nothin' but goose eggs between the A's & Bosox. Make that the end of 6, 0-0. Got the game on the tube and as usual it looks like more Sox fans than hometown A's fans at the ballpark. Youkilis just hit a double followed by a homer by Big Papi and a resounding cheer comes out of the stands, go figure, don't Sox fans work? 2-0 Bawston.

Sawx win 5-0 game over. The Tribe comes to town Fri.-Sun., C.C.'s on the mound Sat., he always gets hammered when he comes home to the Bay Area. Hope that changes this year. Half of Vallejo will be there Sat.

Went & watched San Diego's Trevor Hoffman actually get pulled from a game after he blew a save in the 9th last night when Houston's Lance Berkman hit a 3 run homer (his first hit EVER off Hoffman) to lead 9-6 and win by the same...Phil, you had a rowdy bunch of cohorts at the game...A night of homers galore, Gred Maddux giving up 3 himself.
