Topic: Off Topic - Just for fun

Gov't Mule's new album is out. One song, "Streamline Woman" is available for listening over on www.mule.net - it's like Queen's "Tie your mother down" mixed with Zep's "The Wanton Song" but still 100% Warren and Mule. Just click on the "Start Audio" link in the upper right area of the main webpage.

Streamline Woman is the best I've heard so far.

I think I have mentioned before that Joe Bonamassa and Warren Haynes are my 2 favorite living guitarist/singer/songwriters.

Too bad the Gov't Mule Webpage doesn't have a Forum, so I could complain to Warren about his weight and the fact that Gov't Mule never comes to Houston.

I've been playing the new CD for a couple weeks now, working on a review. It's good, but not as great as Deja or Deepest. Course, "So Weak" is anything but and "Brand New Angel" are pushing their way up the ranks of fave Mule tunes.

The blues isn't about a look or a specific sound, the blues is something deep within. But the sound doesn't hurt things, you know? ~ Ben Hernandez
