Topic: Zurich 25/03/2008

Last night - my third Joe live experience - was incredible. After a slightly low performance in 2006, Joe did an awesome performance in Zurich. It all started with the "Kaufleuten" being sold out and because of that, the audience mood was great.

I`ll try to upload two videos I`ve made and maybe some pics later this day smile

Oh, the setlist was excellent. Unfortunately I can`t remember the order...

I`ve already heard a lot of the live songs, but one of these days and ballpeen hammer we`re amazing! Is there any video footage of the live versions somewhere?

Thanks Mige..It feels like forever since there was a show review. Sold out and on top of their game...nice to hear. Soon we will all have our LIVE CD's to get us through to the next show. Cathy

The concert was great.
I met Joe in front of his night liner and became an autograph and at the end of the concert a plektrum.
I made a few short video clips. At the weekend I will make a Video and will upload it to youtube.

Here we go, I`ve recored the very last encore Joe did: A new day yesterday togehter with a song, which I unfortunately don`t know. Great tune! If anyone of you recognize the second part, that would be very cool smile

Unfortunately I`ve missed the first few seconds, but I think at least the sound quality is quite good for a small digicam.

Yeah, I think I will go through this somewhere in the next months. It was an almost undescribable evening which I remember as the best one of my three Joe gigs so far. Very intense feelings I must say. I hope the upcoming live CD will cover some of the great Sloe Gin tour moments.

Mige, very nice video!  Great quality, really glad that ANDY is back in the rotation.  Not sure of the ending, definately new for Joe.  Thanks for sharing...

The second part is a cover of part of "Los Endos" from Genesis. Joe was doing this to end some shows last year.

It seems to be a cool song. Great melodies and riffs in there.

It`s pretty cool how much bands, songs and genres I`ve learned about since listening to Joe. That truly shows his variety.
