Topic: Longtime Joe fan new to the forum...

Hello to all,

Big fan of Joes for a few years now and was just turned on to the forum by my Uncle Petey. (a longtime member here) Least he could do, since I turned him on to Joes music!! I won't embarass him with his user name here...I'll let him do that. Just kidding...we've had some great times at Joe's shows, and look forward to many more.
I am a 42 year old construction worker with a long commute to work everyday where I am able to consistently wear out all my Joe CD's.
I also qualify as a wannabe guitar player, ( I've been at it for almost 35 years)
a first-time father,  a part-time realtor,  an avid fisherman, and a soon to be "official" street team member rather than just an unofficial one.

Have a great day,
Muddy

Hi Muddy..family at exit 7a here....Thanks for coming into the light. Your Uncle Pete is one of my favorite posters. If you're half as witty as he is it's going to be fun! Congrats on your baby..Grandbaby #4 for me, was born on 2/28...A warm welcome, Cathy

Re: Longtime Joe fan new to the forum...

Welcome to the Forum Muddy!  Indeed, your Uncle is also one of MY favorite friends here.  He's MY "Sweet Pete".  Does it run in the family?

You'll have a great time here......I certainly have, in my very brief days on this very fun forum.

I know that Joe could play one of those kid's guitars with the plastic strings and make it sound good-

Ask me about my handwound Great Lakes Guitar Pickups
Since 2010, Bonamassa fans have taken advantage of my JB friend discount = my cost + shipping. cool

Hello Mindy,

Yes I used to be livin' in Sussex Co, but now I'm in Blairstown, in Warren Co, near the Delaware Water Gap.

Too funny, Muddy, I'm about 40 miles away from you, up Rt. 94.

Do you still get bears where you are now?

Re: Longtime Joe fan new to the forum...

More now than ever before...my property borders Worthington State Forest, which borders the Delaware Water Gap National Forest. The big guys usually leave well enough alone, but the cubs will get into everything, including my ammonia soaked garbage cans....have to keep them in the barn till collection day.
I know your neck of the woods very well, I used to keep a horse in Washingtonville, outside of Goshen.

Take Care,
Muddy

Re: Longtime Joe fan new to the forum...

We keep the garbage inside too, we learned that the hard way.

I moved up here (Warwick) about 1 1/2 years ago from NYC and I'm still scared to go outside at night, too many critters wandering around here.  Sometimes I miss the wild city pigeons.  lol

Good to have ya here Muddy.
