Thanks Paul - I see there are only 41 rooms to this hotel - gosh we will have to
book them all - wouldn't that be neat - the whole place to ourselves !

Beer all tastes the same - Ken will have to drink "whatever" they have over there -
as long as they have my Diet Pepsi - we went on a cruise once and no Pepsi - just
Coke - finally we found some at a tiny Hard Rock Cafe on a Dutch Island of (spelling
wrong) Curacoa - took pictures of us drinking it!   
Thought we'd book the hotel on your card Roy - they don't take Discover Card !

Are you all sure you want a week in London..I know we are over a year out..What if Joe's got a show in another town that week? Amsterdam is close, and, hum,,cultural, yeah that's it, cultural. Just adding some random thoughts..Also..are you telling me there's no espresso there? I will have to ship a machine!!!!   Cathy

be there in less than 3 hours...

A mini european tour with all you guys would be unbelievable. Unfortunately though, Il hopefully be doing my A2 exams next year so i'l need to head back home fairly snappy after the RAH gig.

By the way, anyone any idea when the RAH tickets will go on sale roughly or who would be selling them?

Ken and I have never been anywhere in Europe, so we're game for anything.!
There are lots of things I want to see in London tho - I can vision a vacation with no sleep.

Coors Light is not beer....it's fizzy water, the same as any 'beer' with 'Light' in the title. Diet Pepsi????.....maybe you should Reconsider Baby smile Ken will get s**t-faced on some real beer I think....better by some headache tablets for the morning after. Coors Light.....PAH!!!!

If a mimi tour happens..Let's get a motorhome (caravan) and travel! I'll drive, since I don't drink, as long as someone reminds me to stay on the wrong side of the road! I can hear some of you Euros gasping..I watch Top Gear!..but we don't know any better! We could really bring "all y'all" a true taste of Americana..Yee Haa!!!!    Cathy

Phew..thought you were going to call me a lady, and you know better George! I'm serious..I've traveled that way in the USA and it's a blast..You can still stay in a hotel every couple of days....less packing and unpacking...pee when you need to, food and beer at hand..Able to leave town in a hurry (Joe B and Roy!)... As I've said before this is how I envision my retirement...   Cathy

Oh yeah - and the visitors guides of each country get a ride for free?! wink We will need a big motorhome for that ....

Cathy, I've just gotta say... so many of your posts remind me of myself, and then yesterday I find out we share a birthday, and then this retirement vision... we've really gotta meet sometime! cool

Unfortunately I don't have anything to add to the RAH excursion discussion, because I'm too poor to even entertain the thought... I mean yeah, I've caught myself daydreaming, but I really shouldn't torture myself that way. roll  But it's fun watching all you getting excited and making your plans... even if I am jealous as hell, lol... tongue
