You want to talk about weather, come to Kansas.  They didn't even write about the kind of weather we have in the Bible....

Re: The Weather!

We just got dumped on again!  Yesterday's call for 1 to 2 inches of accumulating snow turned out to be more like 6 to 7 inches.

Honey . . . where did we build the house again?  I can't seem to find it.

We have a great deal with our neighbor though.  We take care of his dogs in the Summer when they go camping and he plows our driveway in the Fall, Winter and Spring lol.  Lately, I've been hooking him up with beer when I see him out there plowing.  I don't want him to realize that he got the short end of the stick on this deal.

Amanda - there can be only one candidate for the ideal cold weather pudding: steamed treacle sponge pudding with lashings of custard.  My mum used to make beautiful steamed puds (done properly, on top of the stove in a basin in a saucepan of water) but I say thank goodness for M&S microwaveables!  Now I'm feeling peckish ...

Just kidding - it will be good for the wildflowers.  A little rain, a little heat, that's just what they like.  It's supposed to be a banner year for blooms.  smile

I know that Joe could play one of those kid's guitars with the plastic strings and make it sound good-
