Topic: I'd Like to thank Popa Chubby

Thank you for clearing up the confusion here on the forum..  We do have a friendly rivalry and I think it makes for better CD's and live shows from both of us.  Honestly I didnt think it was true... Nice title though....Anyway safe travels on the road and best of luck on the new disc...

I'm really glad it got cleared up, too.  Especially since we heard it from the source, which was really good.

Just know, though, if you ever need the services of the Bonamafia....:P

Isn't it like alot of life sayings.....there's more than meets the eye....can't judge a book by it's cover........there's more to the story....there's two sides to every story.  Popa & Joe , thanks smile

Re: I'd Like to thank Popa Chubby

Oh, THANKS Joe, and THANKS Popa !

When I said in the other post that I just can´t belive it, it was a real display of despair, because I like to listen to both of your records (even though I liked Popa´s earlier records better than the newer ones, but anyway...). wink

Both of your reactions show, that this is NOT a HipHop forum big_smile  ... oh, we don´t want to start insulting again, do we?!

Peace,   Eva

P.S.: "Love, Peace and Respect" - right Popa?! wink

Re: I'd Like to thank Popa Chubby

Wow. I'm away one day and look what everyone is up to! ROFL

I love the passion of all you guys. Let's hope no one ever actual does diss Joe because there will be WAR! LOL

I'm just saying.

Re: I'd Like to thank Popa Chubby

Passion is good.  Stand up and stand in is good.  Sneakin (Bloozin?) is not.  I smell a rat.  The two main men have spoken, I'll let it be.  More power to both of you.

Thanks, gents,
RESPECT!

Re: I'd Like to thank Popa Chubby

Lesson for all..Get the facts first. BluesRockers need to stick together..there's plenty of folks trying to knock them down! Namaste, Cathy

Re: I'd Like to thank Popa Chubby

That's why I didn't react Cathy. These things are too stupid to waste my time on.

Someone says things about someone else, somewhere etc. without reason and is it true? I hear things like that about people everywhere and very often.

I don't listen to crap!!

Re: I'd Like to thank Popa Chubby

This is exactly why I was telling people to watch what they say. Joe's got the right idea.

And cathy's dead on, blues/rockers need to stick together. Hip-hop can afford to do that because a lot of what they do is based on controversy and that genre is at a point where they can do that and not have the genre go down in flames. Though I would argue that it mostly drivel nowadays, where at least back with guys like Biggie and Tupac (and I'm not even a fan of hip-hop, just showing respect) they had some artistic credibility and talent.
