Topic: Any BIG Green Bay fans out there?

I do mean BIG fans!

I've got a brand new 3XL or 4XL (don't recall which) Bonamassa Blues Rock T-Shirt left over from when I had them for sale on the Fan Website.

America's Line shows Green Bay favored by 7.5 points. I'll take Seattle and the points, and put up the T-Shirt. Any takers? What do you have in exchange?

Re: Any BIG Green Bay fans out there?

If Joe gets rid of that jersey I WANT IT !!!!  I would love to wear it to a Packer game
and have tons of people ask "who is BONAMASSA?"

Re: Any BIG Green Bay fans out there?

I don't like either team that's playing tomorrow night about 9pm because I just got an e-mail that Albert Castiglia's show won't start until 10:45.....Don't even know who's playing and not invested but when it gets between me and my music...It ain't purdy!    P*ss and Moan

Re: Any BIG Green Bay fans out there?

I guess if you ate enough brats with cheese and washed 'em down with lots of beer you could fill out a 3 or 4XL, couldn't ya'???????????? My waist line has been in full retreat lately even though I'm chowin' down real food again. My 2XL's fit me like I shopped at Omar the Tent Makers now.

Re: Any BIG Green Bay fans out there?

Here's a quote from this weeks SI regarding Seattle's Patrick Kerney. In his ninth season Kearney, 31, led the NFC with 14 1/2 sacks, and in the wild card playoff game at Qwest Field last Saturday the visiting Washington Redskins assigned two and sometimes three men to keep him out of their quarterback's face. It was no use. Did someone mention defense wins championships??????

                                                                                             J Dawg

Sorry Stu, hope I didn't scare away any takers.

Anybody win the tent, I mean the shirt Stu? Congrats to the Pack, especially on containing Patrick Kearney, he wasn't a factor after all.

CONGRATULATIONS !  To my Packers - I had my doubts after Seattle went up 14-0
in like the first 2 minutes but WOW - what a come back - Brett didn't get rattled at
all like I thought he might.  Classic GB game in the snowstorm...
GO GIANTS !!!

Spoken by a man who has lots of class. Thanks Stu! I wouldn't say beaten like a drum, that weather can get into anyone's psyche. Also, I've never seen anyone hit people on a full run like Bigby was yesterday. That guy was playing like he had a hot coal in his jock. I'm sure after a while the Seattle receivers were peeking a little to see where #20 was at. Anyway, a lot of credit goes to Seattle for coming up to Green Bay. It's a very hard place for the opposition to win a game.

By the way, should I send you my address Stu? big_smile

P.S. Just visited Packers.com after I made this post and they have a rather comical saying posted on the site: http://www.packers.com/gameday/2008/01-20/

If you want it, sure....email me your address

Re: Any BIG Green Bay fans out there?

Whats that game time temperature??....are you kiddin me!!....no way I could even sit in the stands, much less play football in that weather...how bout the first guy that has a Farve bullet hit him on his finger tips...."OH MY GOD***** DARN THAT HURTS!"...years ago our softball team went to Lake Tahoe to play a softball tournament...at game time (8am) it was about 25 degrees....with the wind chill probably 10 degrees....I got there an hour early to stretch and throw....we had a guy show up 5 minutes before the game...and he had a terrible hangover!...so here he is hurrying from his car...he puts on his glove...the first ball I threw him was a bb!!...... hit him in the middle of his glove.... he screamed like he got shot!!...called me some every name in the book...I was laughing so hard, that I had tears in my eyes....I told him..."I didnt tell you to get drunk and come out here with a glove that has no padding in it"...his hand was stinging for hours he said....anyways, when the football game starts, let see who can "man up"....I know were going to see some "aligator arms" on some of those pass routes...lol

Re: Any BIG Green Bay fans out there?

Shred - When I woke up this morning it was -10 regular temp - but the sun is out and
it's a gorgeous day !  I'm so hung over from Albert Cummings last night I guess it's a
good thing I'm not going to the game - would never make it.  Love your BB story -
I gave up playing catch with Ken - my whole hand would be black and blue the
next day.
GO PACKERS!
