I've only watched American Idol a couple of times at the finale.  The video clip did not strike me funny at all, it gave me the creeps, big time.  Similar to Jane's feeling, if you know someone that's been stalked...its a frightening & life threatening experience that can have long lasting psychological effects, my sister went through this about 2 months after O.J. Simpson murdered his wife Nicole....it traumatized our entire family, the guy could not handle her breaking up with him. Restraining order and all, she moved 1000 miles away...

I'll take the 'what girls want' humor over what girls don't want humor any day, but that's just my 2 cents.  Humor hits people funny because of how they relate to it, so I don't think this post was mean spirited or anything.

There Has Been a Few Very Good Performers Here ...... Taylor Hicks for one and i liked and i thought Elliot Yamin Had an Excellent Voice , Whatever happened to these Guys , and Kelly Clarkson had a couple of good songs .... Just My ...
