Heh.  C'mon now, Gary needs the money!  It makes me sad that he sold the Peter Green/Gary Moore Les Paul a couple of years ago.  Suposedly to pay for medical bills and the cost of a cancelled tour.

My posts on this thread were meant to be lighthearted as denoted by the 'smileys' and general tone. It wasn't my intention to offend. If you want to know my thoughts on Gary Moore then feel free to click on the 'email' option under my avatar and send me a message. I'm happy to discuss in detail if you wish but I don't see the point of dragging it out on here and upsetting the status quo. The original thread was some time ago, you find it, I don't know where it is....search under Gary Moore?? Feel free to drop me a line man!!! Enough said I think.

I've watched this exchange with unusual interest.  I have my own problems with a local guitarist, who is a twofaced deliberate liar and backstabber. 

I recently started saying NOTHING when people commented on his playing and singing ability.  He is a good player, but I can't listen to him without my gorge rising. 

I have grown up a little bit more again at the age of 53. 

No way to say it without sounding condescending...Good job fellas on the way you played that out like men, not adolescents.  It coulda gone the other way.  (my opinion)
