Re: Mohegan Sun - quick pics from tonight

Hi fotopete-I'm not really sure if you are a professional photographer or not, but your photos are great.  Do you sell your photos? Also, for the Clapton fans, here is some info on Clapton's current tour. There is a similar thread on Clapton's site about Mohegan.   Bonamassa and Capton under the same roof has a good vibe about it...I will be one very happy lady if Clapton does "Old Love", it's been on and off the setlist the whole tour and having Robert Cray accompany him would be a bonus!  I just saw Derek Trucks band and the Allman Brothers Band.  I think I will appreciate Derek more in Clapton's band with so many musicians.  He is amazing on slide, but to be honest, I heard enough slide guitar that night to make me want to go without for a little bit.  It was a huge thrill to see Gregg Allman!  By the time Whipping Post was over, I felt whipped, really very, very, long solos, etc.  I concluded I no longer would enjoy the length of a Greatful Dead concert, I must have developed adult attention deficit disorder somewhere along the line...

Thanks Tara for the info, you are always the woman in the know!

David -
I see Eric is also playing here at the Mohegan Sun Casino in October.
I need to make a few calls and hopefully can be credentialed to photograph entire show.

Normally they allow the first three songs only - most bands take that long to warm up.

If i do - I'll keep you in mind for a pic.
