Topic: Bloodline - Stone Cold Hearted

Me and my band were looking to cover this song. It's a great song.

But we can't really make out the 3 words at around 1:02? They're being kinda...masked by this effect, and it makes them hard to make out. Does anyone know the entire lyrics to the song?

Here you go.  From the liner notes.

They played this live on "Late Night with Conan O'Brien" on October 17th, 1994.  A REALLY Gr8 performance!  It'd be cool if it could be made available for viewing/sale.

Stone Cold Hearted
(Joe Bonamassa, Lou Segreti, Berry Oakley Jr., Waylon Krieger, Mark Hudson)

You come to me in the 11th hour
And it's gonna be the same, everytime you call
I'm in a trance from the smell of your flower
You got my back, up against the wall

She comes and she don't finish what she started
I don't and that's stone cold hearted
Her love is like a needle in my arm

You take a trip, but you're going nowhwere
Psychedelic thoughts swimming through your veins
The voo-doo that you've done has got me scared
Lay down my arms, tighten up your reins

You're standing naked with nothing left to show
You wanna hear yes, but I'm saying no, no, no
No way out I Gotta Go.......
I'm tail lights baby, less you wanna blow

She comes and she don't finish what she started
I don't and that's stone cold hearted
My tarot cards read till death do us parted
The crystal ball said she would do me no harm
Her love is like a needle in my arm

Cool, much thanks. And to any guitar players out there...Me and my band were transcribing it...
And we think that the song is in E major. The solo, however, is played in Bm. With the little fills between each verse and chorus or whatever, it's in the C#m pentatonic scale - you know the relative minor...So that works.

Would this be correct?

Re: Bloodline - Stone Cold Hearted

Haha. Just that one song. Perhaps when we get some recordings up? Which may be soon...:)

I just noticed yesterday, while listening to JoeTV at work, that this performance is on there.  If you haven't checked it out yet, do it now.  Now I don't have to pop in my old VHS recording of it anymore (don't want to wear it out).
