Topic: 30 days until the new year!

No I havent lost my mind, I know what day it is ....do you??.......

January 31st....San Juan Capisrtrano...."The Coach House".....Hello...is said.. HELLO!!!.....The first show of the year.....maybe Joe will tease us with the set list before the tour begins!!

I got to ask a question that has been eating away at me since last May......we flew down to see the show and brought my son David along ( hey 1 seat from being in the front of the stage, not bad huh)....anyways the place was sold out, maybe holds 1200 or so...everybody that was in line were all geeked up...dudes had their Yankee hats on, saying how they have been follwing Joes rise to stardom and so on......well, I put a post on like always after seeing a kick a** show ( tell us something new Dave, yeah I know).....BUT!!..I hardly ever see a post from someone that says...." yeah, I'm from Los Angeles, and I got friends from here that follow the forum regularly"....is there anyone out there today, tommorrow, the next day after ( other than Joe and Bogie ) that live there and read the forum....I meen 1200 people and sold out...I know L.A. is cool, I'd live there in a heartbeat if momma would let us move, but you got a great musician living next to you and not a peep...if I'm wrong, and your from there how bout a shout out...tell us your going, got your tickets??

Hey Shred , So glad you're going to San Juan Capisrtrano on the 31st ..... Is JDawg Coming Down with you , Wouldn't want it any other way than you 2 Reporting on Joe's First Show in 2008 , That is something to Look forward to ... Bet your getting fired up Already
As For knowing Joe's Setlist , you should wait .... Treat it like Christmas only one month later , I'm sure he'll unwrap and deliver 12 or so Presents that Night .........

Hey Shred..according to Joe's post last night, his neighbors don't know who he is..seems the one under his condo taps the floor with a broom when he's practicing at home!! Can you imagine..I'd have my ear stuck to the ceiling counting my blessings! And I hate to see brooms getting a bad rap! lol  I can't wait for news from this show..lucky you...Come on Cali..step up, let brother Shred know you're there!                      Cathy

We would never get any sleep would we Cathy?  Private "mini concert" right in the convenience of your own home?  These neighbors of Joe's need to get with it wink  Like I said on the other post, it totally strikes my funnybone, the image of Joe playing and them banging on the ceiling... lol  One can only imagine all the riffs that Joe is playing in the comforts of his home....sweet treat it would be.

I get this picture in my head....Joes gets tired of his neighbors banging on the ceiling, cranks it up and holds that slide for "the river" in the Rockpalast DVD....how long was it...maybe 30 seconds....the neighbor is listening closely now...***wow, who in the hell lives up there***.....maybe I should apologize for being so rude to the guy, man that that guys great!!.....lol

We would be the BEST neighbors! You would be in charge of grilling, Patty and I will handle the rest of the "mothering" jobs. Shred would wean out the undesirables and we'd have the happiest condo unit in Cali.! In fact, we'd only need a time share since he's rarely home! Cathy

20 minutes from there - we can swing over and check out this neighbor in person -
see what his problem is !   Maybe he's a country music fan ?

Hi Shredit,

My daughter lives in LA.  For Christmas, she bought me round trip tickets to come out and visit.  Just finished booking the flight from Jan 30th thru Feb 5th!!  Great timing, don't you think?!?   Sorry to say, even though she is a fan of Joe's music, she doesn't read the forum. 

I just made dinner reservations in Capistrano for us, so we will get to meet some of Joe's West coast fans.  Looking forward to my first visit to your part of the country.

And what an exciting show that sounds like it will be!!  My daughter wants to drag me to Disney land.............I'm gonna drag her to see Robben Ford and Joe!  Ha ha ha..........she tends to think all of us street teamers are a little over the top when it comes to Joe.....and I have to admit she's right.
