Topic: Doyle Bramhall

I admit my love for his songs was driven home by "If Hearaches were Nichels" by Joe. It's still one of my favorites. Doyle is on the cover of the new Blues Review and has a new CD. Has anyone heard it?      I'll add he's D*amn good looking for his age and history!!  Must be a Texas thing!                                                                   Cathy         ( Edited to add an apology to Warren H. !!!!!!!)

Re: Doyle Bramhall

He wrote "Life by the Drop" too.  & DB II is one of Clapton's lefthanded playmates.

Re: Doyle Bramhall

I have heard D B has been involved with many artists as far as song writing and producing. But I am partial D B 2. He really had some great playing on his Welcome cd,and of course I became a fan of his from the brief but stellar Arc Angels.

Warren Haynes wrote that song.
Did Doyle help with that song in some way or has he sung it?
They are both great songwriters.

Can't forget his awesome work as Roger Waters guitarist for the In the flesh tour/dvd.

Then ill, I'll meet you in the next one and don't be late, don't be late
