Topic: Out of this world Joe lick...

I'm not sure if this is in the other Joe B/ Walter Trout video (Im too lazy right now to look) but I can't stop watching this lick- it is AMAZING!

If you want to see just how good Joe actually is- here you go!

Re: Out of this world Joe lick...

kwsjb1238, are you really tabbing that out?!?  That would be awesome.  Joe's licks are so perfect and tasteful for each playing situation.  I would give my right leg to be a roadie for him so I could pick up a few tricks

Re: Out of this world Joe lick...

WOW.  Joe def brings his playing to virtuostic levels when he does his own thing, but man this is one of those times where he just BALLS TO THE WALL F*ING ROCKS OUT.  Walter really brings that element out in him, you can see him eggin' him on.  Great stuff.

Joe of course had superior tone

Re: Out of this world Joe lick...

Here's another lick http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Gn09Xn9J … re=related it's at ten seconds.

Re: Out of this world Joe lick...

Speaking of which- does anyone have the bloodline show from 4/11/94 in Ft. Wayne, IN?  Theres another ridiculous solo from Joe there... I'm pretty sure Joe said somewhere he doesn't really like his playing on the bloodline records, but just purely looking at the technical aspect of it, its pretty remarkable...
