I'm so stoked I just talk to Jake At interpidatists he hooked me up with Eric Cell phone # going to call him this afternoon do a sit down for a blog on sonomatune news group with him. me and JDawg going to hang out with him before the show tomorrow night have dinner with Eric talk shop a little and what not
should be sweet I'll post the blog when its done for all to check out also lots of pix hope JDawg is up for food though:)

Where were you guys?
Not quite sure what is up but neither of those guys showed up at the Sardinas show last night.
Eric Sardinas is a must see show. I went with my brother and neither of us have any of his CD's and aren't very familiar with his music and we were totally floored. Looks like another artist CD collection on the way.
I was ready to head up to Santa Rosa when Bluezman called me @ 3 o'clock and sounded like he was gonna cough up a lung over the phone. Too bad, he was too sick to go giggin' last night. I was pretty iffy myself, being a bit run down and beat up from my radiation treatments, just 4 to go though. TGIF and I already have a ticket for Volker Strifler in Marin Co. tonight so I'm there, nothin' pharmaceuticals can't get me through!!! RPIC, the gig is at the Larkspur Cafe Theater in downtown Larkspur. This is the venue where the Sweetwater moved it's operations to after their landlord squeezed them out of Mill Valley.

yeah long story I called Eric we where to meet at 4:30 for food drinks but I'm haveing trouble with me 27 year relationship big time on the rocks she showed up yesterday after a week MIA so i had to cancel I set this whole gig up at this venue and missed it first time in 10 years I missed a show I set up If i knew you where going I had two tix sitting here un used make a long story short I glad you had a good time knew you would going to Volker tonight with J Dawg though

Glad to hear the both of you are ok......man I sure was wondering at the show if all was cool and then after reading about The Shredster (you better post again dude) I was REALLY wondering.
Gotta miss Volker this weekend other commitments. Saw Volker awhile back at The Last Day, opened up for Sonny Landreth, played acoustical with a bass player and a percussionist (not sure if I spelled that correct-does this thing have spell check?) and it was very cool. Would love to see the whole band plugged in. Cool thing is he is local and will play in the area again soon.

Johnny Winter is at the Mystic in Petaluma on February 21 with the Shane Dwight Band local favorite of mine and good buddy plays Texas Flood almost as good as SRV off to the show
