Now that's a day off! And you still post even after all the partying. Now that's dedication to the fans. big_smile

I'm just saying.

Re: Athens blog day two

Thanks for the updates Joe. It means a lot to those of us stuck at work each day. But I'm not stuck today, I will be heading for Athens  this afternoon for my favorite pastime. Cold beer and Joe Bonamassa. Ah life is good today.

Thanks

Chicks totally dig guitar players. Not that I wouldn't know this from experience or anything...

Re: Athens blog day two

Chasen the Blues is right. NOBODY has the sex appeal of the lead guitar player..glad to know the MoJoe is still full power. Extra glad to hear you had some fun. You're a young man...and..next time you feel the urge to go jam..do it!..Missing you in Maryland!!!!   Cathy

Re: Athens blog day two

Just wanted to say thanks for another great year of music and memories. Especially wanted to thank you for my son, who's first 2 concerts were JOE B shows. (new haven and north hampton) He's been playing guitar and trumpet for a few years. He isn't totally in to THE BLUES but it did open his eyes a little. I called him during providence show and i can't type what he called me. I think his next show will be TOWER of POWER so he can see what can be done with brass!  THANKS!

Mmmh, sushi ... I would love to have some, too. You seem to be a sushi fan  ...

But anyway - it´s so funny to read all that stuff... you are just the coolest "rockstar" on this planet - it´s an honour to be your fan! wink

Have a nice day (and write about it soon),  Eva

I completely agree with Eva!!

Re: Athens blog day two

Fun day!!!
Keep on impressing those young girls.  You need to bring more women to your shows!!  It's a pretty untapped demographic, as you seem to have a predominatly male audience.
We need more Eva's over here.  I am so impressed with her love for blues/rock.

as my friends and  i call it . ( a dude fest ) maybe joe should strip a piece of clothing off with each song . he does around 12 or 13 songs a night so that should cover every piece of clothing he will wear and at the end he will be left with a male g-string that has a spinning guitar that shoots flames out of it . that should help bring some girls to the shows lol.joe
