Topic: how much music do you listen to.

Just about everyone here on the forum are big music fans.How much music do you have the time to listen to. I myself can usually hear about 2 or more cds in a day because I am driving around alot for work.I am sure alot of people cant listen to music while they work,so how and when do you listen?

I listen to a lot of music, most of the time. I rather listen to music than watch TV. When I do watch TV, it's usually Jay Leno or Conan... thats it for me. wink

Same here about 2 cd's a day.I dont listen to the radio to much talk. But i do like you tube.
  When i was working they had the same station on everyday and you would here the same songs over and over and over.

I listen to music constantly through out the day. I have an hour drive to and from work, so I get PLENTY of windshield time to listen to music. I also listen to my iPod quite often at work (I'm a network admin, so I do spend my fair share of time at my desk). I also listen to a lot of music at home at night. My wife is a TV watcher. I'm not (unless the Brewers or the Pack are on!!), so if they aren't, I'm practicing guitar and listening to music.

I'd die a slow, painfull death without my music.........

I've always been listening to TONS of music....some peeps collect stamps and spend days admiring them, others watchTV or play games.....to each his own I suppose! Anyway, since I found Joe's music, I've increased my listening time a little too.!

Well let's see, 30 minute drive to work (ipod shuffle) ,7 to 8 hours in my restaurant where the crowd is force fed a healthy dose of mixed blues rock for lunch, then 30 minute drive home. Thats about my music fill for the day unless I crank up a dvd once I'm home chilling.

I probably average 1 1/2 to 2 hours per day. If I'm driving to & from work it's more.
Usually one or two cd's at home, and/or ipod for an hour at the gym.
No music at work sad

It's funny you say that,I often have a song stuck in my head .Its when the song you dont want in there stays in your head that drives you nuts.

It's hard to say how many hours of music I listen to every day, but it's a lot!  I don't watch tv at all, and I don't work so I'm home most of the day. There is almost always a cd playing somewhere in the house, always in the car.  I would also die a slow painful death without my music.  smile

iPod to class, iPod in the car, iTunes on right now. I usually get about 2 hours a day of just listening to music. On a good day, it's like 4, and on a REALLY REALLY good day, I'm getting that plus about two hours playing the guitar.
