Hey Joe,

"Stratus" - wow, I would love to have heard that! In the future perhaps?
Sushi - excellent choice! After yesterdays over-indulgence sushi sounds perfect.

Re: Daily Blog Louisville KY

Oh Joe Bonamassa, you are just too much fun  smile smile smile smile smile smile smile smile
Those 5:30 laundry concerns could have been managed by a "Bus Mom."  (This was discussed on some other thread, where I said what guy REALLY likes to do his own laundry.)  Just funnin' with ya' here.  Mistakes....you were probably the only one who knew.  Just like that time in Kansas City you stopped playing and said, "You guys know I ****** that up!"  No we didn't, we just thought you were changing it up a bit.....don't be too hard on yourself.  And you should be tired......me, too.....it's 4:06 am and I have to be at work at 7:15am.....what the heck Gus am I still doing up...................at least I had something great to read.  Thanks for doing this blog.Joe,  I for one, absolutely luv it.   Of course, this would be no surprise to anyone lol
Joe Bonamassa,  you are the greatest!!!!!
                                                                       Your ardent fan,
                                                                            pattyluvsjoe  wink

P.S.  And I just read your other post about why your hair stands up in the morning.  You crack me up.   lol  lol  lol

"I'm not nice to any guitar!"      lol

Re: Daily Blog Louisville KY

Awesome Joe. Thanks. A day in the life of Joe Bonamassa...I'm sure lots of people here are curious about what a typical day on the road is like (although it sounds like there are lots of curves that get thrown at you - lunch plans ruined, slow service, sound issues, etc.).
Keep 'em coming when you have time.
Thanks again for taking the time to fill us in!

Re: Daily Blog Louisville KY

Crowd was 659 people exacty what the place sat. I think it was techinacally sold out for the way they configured it for me.  Gold Cirlce and all.  It was a great theater that sounded good. It is very nice to finally find a proper venue in Louisville.

Re: Daily Blog Louisville KY

Saw the Chicago show first week of November at the House of Blues, then the Louisville show on the 23rd at the beautiful Kentucky Center. Two great nights of music. I enjoyed the four piece version of the band even though I loved the power trio  tour a year ago. Almost the same sets for both shows, ( no Bogie drum solo in Louisville).  Thanks for the great music Joe. In return we spread the word of the genius of Joe.

Saw the mention of Sratus, one of my all time favorite fusion songs.Joe do or have you been a fan of Return TO Forever,Al Dimeola,Alan Holdsworth,Jean Luc Ponty? There were some great fusion bands back in the 70's.Also Craig Erickson just covered Stratus on his Big Highway cd this year.
