Topic: Scott Henderson about Joe...

I asked Scott at his forum what he thought of Joe Bonamassa and this is what he answered:

"I just got his new album - Joe is awesome. I like his writing and he sings and plays his **** off. After hearing the first note on his record, you can tell this guy knows about guitar tone."

It's great to know two players I really look up to respect each other...

I wonder what Joe thinks about Scott Henderson?

I don't know what anyone else here thinks of Scott Henderson...or if that many even know who he is, but I would highly recommend his "Dog Party" and "Tore Down House" CD's for fans of smokin' hot blues with a jazzy slant.  I really enjoy his fusion stuff with Tribal Tech also, but those two in particular really speak to me.

Wow! Such a comment from a player like Scott Henderson is a verbal heavyweight compliment I would say.
I mean, Henderson is one of the few players who completely understood what the blues is all about and who were abel to bring the blues music to a next step. So does Joe of course, too!

Scott Henderson is a real talent. Dog Party is a favorite of mine too. Glad to hear what he said about Joe.
