Update your profile (link at the top of the message board). In there, there is a place to upload an 'avatar'; it has the details of what the graphic can be.
If that doesn't get you in the right direction, send me an email and I'll help some more.

PS - wouldn't it be nice to be able to post images in your messages as well?
