Joe Bonamssa Firebird I Refin

So I came across these two videos today whre a JB FB I was refinished:

I have one of those guitars which by the time I got had received a harness and pickup upgrade. I do love the guitar. Three takeaways from this video:

1) good quality wood
2) proper build
3) disappointing amounts of paint/lacker

I am considering getting mine refinished. What do you guys think? Any recommendations for professionals who would tackle this? Especially if they are located in Florida.
