Is The Las Vegas Meet and Greet Still A No Go?

It will be an epic weekend. I was born in Las Vegas The day Caesars Palace opened and Joe happens to be playing the next day, so of course, I had to book a room at Caesars and get tickets for the show over at The Park. I tried to get on the list for the M&G the day tickets went on sale, and I was told the venue is not allowing M&G's. Is it still a no go? I would like to have Amos and Black Beauty signed.
