On June 17, I placed an order for 2 pocket TShirts that was promptly acknowledged.
It was equally prompt immediately following to notify that my order was cancelled without any explanation and mentioned that a refund was made.
My credit card was charged and no refund was made to date as evidenced from my latest credit card statement received today - 3 weeks later from date of my original order.
I received no replies to all my emails sent to the store. I now left wondering whether this is a genuine business or a bogus one.
I’m left high and dry as well as whether my trust and respect have been abused - being my first purchase on this store.
If this is bad customer service, it doesn’t hurt to make this situation right.
I wonder if others have also this similar experience.
