Topic: JB Official Store

On June 17, I placed an order for 2 pocket TShirts that was promptly acknowledged.
It was equally prompt immediately following to notify that my order was cancelled without any explanation and mentioned that a refund was made.
My credit card was charged and no refund was made to date as evidenced from my latest credit card statement received today - 3 weeks later from date of my original order.

I received no replies to all my emails sent to the store. I now left wondering whether this is a genuine business or a bogus one.

I’m left high and dry as well as whether my trust and respect have been abused - being my first purchase on this store.
If this is bad customer service, it doesn’t hurt to make this situation right.
I wonder if others have also this similar experience.

Most credit cards will let you dispute charges, that's probably the easiest route.

Where did you order from?  Was it the official JB store - from an email or jbonamassa.com.  I haven't ordered anything from them in many years (probably 6-7 years ago at this point), but I never had any problem.
