Trash Bag Flying V serial number

The serial number of Joe’s Trash Bag Flying V appears to me to be “8 4902”.  Not “8 4302”, as mentioned in the December 2018 Vintage Guitar article.  Is it possible serial “8 4902” is listed in the Gibson ledger, since “8 4302” is NOT listed?  Any ideas?  Or maybe my vision needs to be checked!  Thanks for a great forum!
