At least in the studio https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qlIr5kPFmz0 you can see at around 1:30 of the video 'Gibson' on the headstock. I have no clue what model it is but it may give you a starting point...

Looking as close as I can to the details Joe's Gibson is old... you can see the warping around the sound hole a bit. Could be an original L-00 (not the reissue). Just a guess.

I agree, that seems like a reasonable suggestion.
