Great little band who's new album Natchez was recorded in famed Muscle Shoals, Alabama. I'm going there next month.

They opened for Marcus King at The Great American Music Hall in SF....I had never heard of them until the day before....they were pretty good but the singer seemed to jump in whenever the guitarist played a solo....Guitarist came out and played the encore with Marcus....
Looks like a good band Curby!
A lot more soul influences to go along with a southern rock vibe.
If you like this bad it reminds me a little of Otis.Eye Of the Sun.AlthoughbOtis less on the soul side

That singer is ultra talented imho, but sometimes ego can be a problem. I've posted a couple more vids of the band, one a live recording and the other a mini documentry, Their song "Shine" is such a front porch whambam,
I think Natchez might be my new favorite album for 2018.
Another cool song.
I’d like a chance to hear them live.

where is the "Like" button when you need it ........... listened to all of Natchez last night on Spotify, this is a tremendous CD, just really like his voice
damn Curby, wish you didn't have to go but is understood and thank you for introducing me to so many "new" artists that I might otherwise have not come across

They're gonna be on the Southern Rock Cruise in January. After I figure out the travel details, next step will be to figure out which bands to see. Won't be able to see them all.
Managed to wangle a copy of Natchez here in the UK.... Endorse everything said here, what a beast of an album it is and Travis McCready has to be the best "new voice" this year and even since Michael Anderson(East).
Had a very nice email from their team; they're working to get their merch available reasonably to Europe as well strong chance of supporting Slash over here next Spring (and hopefully some dates of their own).
Couple of UK dates sneaking out for late February:-
Feb25 - Glasgow The Garage
Feb 27 - London The Boston Music Room

They now have a European store up and running, just in case you saw them earlier this year and are now thoroughly kicking yourselves for not buying....
Keep an eye out as I've been told that they're looking to tour again over here, "sooner rather than later.."
