JB Fan Club Presale for Concert Tickets

I am hoping to buy tickets to a Joe Concert that go on sale soon.  I would like to get them through the JB Fan Club Presale.  The trouble is, I can't find anything listed specifically the JB Fan Club??? 

I get emails almost everyday, but never anything about ticket presales.  I bought a Flying-V which is fantastic by the way. Where to I go to be sure I get presale information?

Any thoughts?  Thank you!
