I wonder if it is new material or covers or both.I would bet on at least some covers.Perhaps Reese has written some songs ?

Very exciting project. Been wondering when they would start working on this ever since hearing about it from Reese back in September. Kind of funny we were there when it was first suggested that Reese ask Joe to produce it. So glad he eventually agreed to it. It's been fun hearing about how different aspects of it have evolved over the past few months. I think it'll be such a wonderful experience for Joe. He has such a great ear for how things should sound and be arranged and he knows how to get the right people on board. Who knows, this could open up a whole new world for Joe. There will be a lot of great people involved in this, pretty epic. Looking forward to all the postings about it and can't wait to hear the finished product.

Man it would hard for Reese not to have Joe play some.Anything is possible but it doesn’t seem likely he wouldn’t play at least a little.
legendary!....all great artists of course but Kenny Wayne Shepherd is one of my most favorite and i thank him for teaching me about the blues and also he is how i found out about Joe.

It's a famous music studio in old church building, not far from Nashville's downtown (... I am such a bonanerd...)
