Topic: Josh Smith

All of you in the UK are in for an amazing treat when Josh Smith starts his tour on Jan 31st....Even if you have had the pleasure of seeing Josh in the past, he is an artist who continues to expand his virtuosity of the guitar....He hasn't toured a lot in the UK and there are no guarantees of future tours but if this tour is a success, the chances of him returning are so much the better....Don't miss out on this opportunity to see one of the best guitarists on the planet....Here is a link to the dates and venues....

Re: Josh Smith

Started the new year off with 2 Josh Smith shows. Perfect beginning to 2018. He played the Maui Sugar Mill and The Baked Potato in LA. Pretty much a crime that a guitarist of his caliber is playing in such tiny places, but glad we could see him there. He is heading to the UK soon and is very excited for his first UK tour. Josh had a great group of musicians playing with him both nights. Scott Kinsey on keys, Travis Carlton on bass and Gary Novak on drums. In the UK he'll just have 2 pickup players. It's too bad he isn't able to have his own band, but it's so hard to get guys to commit to a tour and expensive to pay them as well. Josh is so good though that any show he plays will end up sounding fantastic. Told him I would love for him to play on the East coast, there are so many smaller venues between Virginia and NY. He would love to so we'll see if he is able to do it at some point. Was nice of Joe to tweet about Josh just the other day calling him one of the best in the world. The more people that promote him the better.

Here is the playlist from the Maui Sugar Mill https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=P … lymer=true

And here is the whole show from the Baked Potato https://youtu.be/WXrGvZWSYko

Please go out to see him if he ever comes near, you won't regret it.

Thanks guys smile Glad you enjoyed the shows. Josh is, in my opinion, one of the best out there and I'm so happy to have others find out about him and love him too.
