Nope... you are not the only one. My Brother and I are heading to the show as well... wouldn't miss Joe in my hometown! Looking forward to it.

The Black Forest is one of my favorite restaurants in Hamilton. Unfortunately I am coming in from Downtown Toronto tonight and won’t get there until show time. Otherwise, you would have found my brother and I there as well. Enjoy!

You're right.
I've heard Sloe Gin a number of times live but not in the past little bit
I was fully expecting Hummingbird. But was treated to Slow Gin ... unexpected surprise.
Otherwise set list was same as listed other places.
If only the drunk guy that sat beside my wife and dumped his beer on her at the start of the first song at 8pm wasn't wonderful. Wife spent 3 songs getting herself cleaned off and maintenance to clean up the mess. And it wasn't even his seats
Joe started pretty much on time At 8pm.
Played through to 9:05 where he gave Anton a drum solo (and a needed washroom break for us... sorry Anton).
They play straight to 10pm. Came back on a couple minutes later what he did Sloe Gin as the encore.
He was pretty much down by 10:15pm
So nowhere near the 40min encores of the past.
Still a very enjoyable time

It is the first time he changed the encore song in 2 years (?) Big, big deal. I've seen him 5 times this year, and it was always Hummingbird which is one of my least favorite songs. I've heard him doing Sloe Gin for sound check in Montreal, my hopes got raised and shattered at the end of the show. I have never heard Sloe Gin live.
Sorry about you wife's experience, something like that could really ruin the mood for a while. I can never understand why people drink during his shows.
