Where to put the Fuzz? Before or after the OD, or even without any OD or Boost....?
Here are my three sounds. I like them all.

I run mine into a clean amp. Wah - dejavibe - fuzz - tubescreamer - Jan Ray - Delay

So nice playing as always and it's a real treat. The thing that tells you more than anything I know about where to put the fuzz is when you get that drop in volume due to an over compressed sound. When you run the fuzz into the boost... wow! But you will notice a distinct drop in volume and a lot of added compression with the boost into the fuzz so it tells me something is wrong there. Not what you want to happen on stage. Matt Schofield has a FANTASTIC video with a couple of guys called 'The Pedal Show' where he talks about sound and pedals and how every piece of equipment he uses, from his volume knob on the guitar right through his chain to the the pedals to the amp, are all parts of a carefully put together gain stage. It is about an hour long but packed with great insights into tone and gain stages.
