Topic: Did Joe throw his neck tie into the crowd?

In looking at Natasha's videos from the 8/15 Saratoga show, Joe was wearing one of the neck ties from his store except for the encore song.  Does anyone know if Joe threw his tie into the crowd like he was doing with his slides?

Yes, I was at the SPAC show in the 3rd row, and Joe took off the tie he was wearing and tossed it into the crowd about ten feet to my left.
I was talking with Natasha before the show, so I knew she would be recording. She does an incredible job every time.

Looks like he always throws his tie on this summer tour with one exception: Portland Maine show. Correct me if I am wrong.

I went to the Cape Cod Melody Tent show 5th row. I know he threw guitar picks to the crowd but I don't think he threw his tie. But then again I was in a Bonamassa CRAZE!!!

He has been throwing his tie into the crowd at various shows since the Spring tour in Europe. He doesn't always do it, but at quite a few he has. At Saratoga I think he couldn't wait to get the darn thing off because it was incredibly humid and he was absolutely drenched in sweat. He kept wiping his head off and drinking a lot of water. He loosened it up near the end of the show and then eventually threw it into the crowd

At the end of "How Many More Times" at the 13:00 minute mark you can see Joe take off the tie and throw it into the audience. No doubt it was pretty soggy with sweat at that point big_smile

I can confirm that the tie is indeed soaked with sweat. Caught it last night in Milwaukee! Gross but cool at the same time.
