Re: Ed Sheeran - Divide

Going by the Munich show, a month ago there were only a few scattered singles in the cheap seats. I got one for my son today and there were only about 20 singles in the cheap seats (79 Eu.) left in the Olympiahalle. Maybe the Germans have more cash to spend.

I think you have just proven my point my friend, - the fact that there are any tickets still for sale is something that would not happen if the tickets were cheaper. I say again that I am convinced that Joe's management are pricing out longstanding fan’s in favour of spending more on advertising to sell to newbie’s that are not really fans. Sad. sad

David Gilmour RAH £75 sold out in minutes
Red Hot Chilis O2 £50 sold out in minutes
Joe RAH £165 not sold out quite a month before the show....

I don’t doubt that the Germans do have more disposable income, - but look at the price comparison between UK and Germany, again management should be aware of what is going on in the UK, massive fall in the value of the £ making USA artists touring here CHEAPER as their $ is stronger. The UK are being asked to pay a very high price that I do not think is being asked in USA and certainly not Germany. NOT GOOD.
