Re: Thank you...

It would seem criminal if this series of videos did not culminate in the surprise announcement of a soon-to-be-released "Joe Bonamassa Live at the North Sea Jazz Fest" DVD. Great audio, great camera work, and an excellent marketing and promotional strategy...

I completely agree with you Stu.  It would be a shame, with the quality of these videos,  not to release a DVD.  I would sure buy it.

Anyway, I have finally seen them all.  So, to Joe, Joe's webmaster and anyone else involved, Thank you. Thank you. Thank you for getting those videos working again.

I'd still give Joe a get out of jail free card, but even if it's at a "future" date, as in later after a couple years, I'd like to see it too...Each video has been a thing of beauty!!!  For now they are the next best thing when you miss out on an orchestral performance as I did this last week (still moping but this and getting all the videos back helps with the coping).  Thanks Nick!

Re: Thank you...

Maybe this question has been answered before, but who did the taping? Was it Joe's production company, the Jazz Fest or someone else? The quality and editing are excellent.

I'm just saying.

Re: Thank you...

It's been filmed for dutch national tv by the NPS, one of the broadcasting organisations for the dutch public television stations. Only Sloe Gin was shown at a compilation of the festival.

Re: Thank you...

Yes, a big thank you from Sac town, these have been forwarded to all my friends and family, which covers alot of states , including Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Hope the DVD has some back stage stuff, especially for the peeps who have never had the pleasure of meeting the band.

Well Shred, you made me think maybe these are "just", or perhaps a better word is "best" for promotional purposes only.  If that was the case, a "future" release would be cool, especially if all traces of them here and now were removed to the greatest extent possible from the majority of accesssible reaches of the internet later.
Just food for thought, does everything Joe Bonamassa does have to be in chronological order for release? At some future (or present) career point I am sure it will have to be answered "no"!
