In Store Appearence - FYE Chicago

Good job Bill, I'm glad you're making an effort to let people know about this. Joe had one of these appearances last month in the Bay Area and me and a family of four showed up and I'd have to say Joe and the boys were a bit disappointed by the turn out. Joe said he only knew about it himself just the day before. Joe was on KFOG radio two days prior and could have mentioned he was gonna be there. Hope this one works out better.

I second that, thank you for letting people know about this! I am staying right around the corner, I will be there providing my flight lands on time.

Well, I went to FYE at noon today. Joe was not appearing there, evidently there was some confusion or misunderstanding. However, a major disappointment was turned into a minor disappointment since Crosby Loggins was in the house. Crosby was signing copies of his CD and was very gracious, taking time to chat for 5 minutes or so. Very nice guy who really seems to fit in with Joe's fan friendly philosophy. Crosby then broke out the acoustic (at my prompting...are you gonna play for us?) and played a some songs for the dozen or so people congregated on the second level. I had to leave before he finished, but I really liked what I heard. He has a great voice.
Crosby, if you happen to read this, it was great talking with you.  See you tonight and in Milwaukee tomorrow. Good luck with the rest of the tour.
