Fantastic Bill. Thanks for this, I'd not seen it before. Anyone that watch's this clip just has to be totally blown away by the power and emotion that Joe pours into this....if not then I reckon they're not alive smile. Astonishing performance of a blues classic....taken to another level....as Joe usually does!!

A very special place in time.  I think it's too scary for his voice's longevity to ever do again. Maybe a severe modification of the "So Loooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooonnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnngggggggggggggggggggggg" part, but man, that  part of the song's start was something truly special and integral to the high stakes emotional discharge Joe's version wrenched out...

when i first bought HTCT, I was giving my stereo a disbelieving look - wondering if the cd was bad during the "So Loooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooonnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnngggggggggggggggggggggg" part. Then I was like "Whoh" - killer pipes.
