Thanks for posting this! Looks nearly identical to the Fall show I saw in Buffalo. It was fantastic and I'm excited to see it again. With the extensive catalogue Joe has, you never know if you'll hear him play these again. Joe playing the Blues= FANTASTIC!

I was at the show last night and that wasn't hidden charms. Possibly an new album tease. It definitely rocked.

You are correct. Not sure why I wrote that down on my paper during the show, but a quick check of the recording shows it was clearly a cover of the Bluesbreakers "Little Girl"...

"Dustbowl" ? That's surprising.  The song "Don't You Lie To Me" is actually called "I Get Evil". It's one from the 3 Kings Tour. Kind of surprised there's no slow blues number.

I did know that, but in my haste to get the set list up for everyone - and being dead tired - I typed it out right off the note I jotted down at the show. Thanks for pointing it out. I updated the setlist in this thread and on setlist.fm

And yes - Dustbowl!! I was surprised as well. A really slowed down version of it. I don't recall having heard this arrangement of it ever before.

Are Joe and Mike doing "Pretending" in any of the Spring shows?

Great setlist but I really hope until Europe he changes Going down and Never make your move against some Joe classic tunes. No matter which ones. These two songs are the weakest in the set and in it already too long if you ask me. Just my thoughts.

Re: 2017 Spring US Tour Underway

Same set list for Savannah...Another great show...Tons of energy and laughs...Band was really tight...Joe was sweating right thru his suit...Thanks Joe for another night of memories...Row 1 center in the pit made it extra special too...

Re: 2017 Spring US Tour Underway

Hope he starts dropping some of the tribute songs. I wanted to go to the Charlotte show but I feared there would not be a lot of changes to the set list so I'm glad I waited. Limited budget too so that made the decision easier. He really has too many of his own songs or songs from older albums that are great that are getting pushed away for these. Don't mind one or two. I'd like to see some of his deeper cuts.

Guitars: Gibson 2015 LP Traditional in Honeyburst, Gibson LP Studio Deluxe, Fender American Deluxe Telecaster, MIM Fender Strat with Dimarzio Areas, MIM Fender Hss Strat,  Epiphone Sheraton II, Breedlove Acoustic
Amplitube 4 with Scarlett 6i6 and 2i4 interfaces through studio monitors.

Would love to hear the magic opener Django/Mountaintime especially at RAH III. "Different Shades Of Blue" & "Never Give All Your Heart" are my proposals for a changing, Dirk.

Re: 2017 Spring US Tour Underway

Just saw Joe in Hershey last night. Great show. Really loving the new arrangements of the British Blues songs and Dustbowl. Joe commented that he wasn't feeling well, he had a head cold. His voice sounded great but it looked like maybe his ears were clogged since he kept doing things with his jaw to try and unclog them. Not sure, but hope he feels better soon. He sure gives it his all no matter how he's feeling. I didn;t film a whole lot because there were heads in my way, but I got a few and took a bunch of photos. Looking forward to the Pittsburgh and DC shows.

Here is the setlist from last night. Quite a bit different from the one posted above on this thread.

How Deep This River Runs
Boogie With Stu
Never Make Your Move Too Soon

Setlists getting quite intriguing...slowly evolving to almost pulling one out of the air for one night only?!  I have to wonder what these folks have as "maybe" songs or "just for the fun of it" songs on the back burner...or what may be nailed down as a "regular" setlist this tour leg?...be interesting to keep tracking the fluidity/solidity of some arrangements, too...

Yeah, kind of curious what he'll do for Pittsburgh since it's two nights in a row. Hoping for some change ups on the second night.
