Topic: Paulie Cerra's album release party
Not sure if this really belongs in this section, but half the people performing at this release are a part of Joe's band. Paulie had an album release party this Sunday for his new album "Hell & High Water". Joe played on 4 tracks of this album so Joe came and played this Sunday on those songs. Lee Thornburg and Ron Dziubla sat in on horns, and Arlan Schierbaum came up and played keys on a song. Carmine and Rick Mellick also showed up at the gig, but they didn't play. It was like a Bonafamily reunion. It was a great night of music. Paulie is the consummate entertainer. We all know he plays sax, but he also has a incredible voice and plays keys as well. He is great at interacting with the audience and really makes the whole show a fun time. His band is made up of Sam Meek on guitar, Billy Steinway on keys, Billy Haynes on bass and Kerry Griffin on drums. It was such a great night and I couldn't have thought of a better way to spend my birthday. Nice to try out a new camera as well
