Wow, I can not believe there are no reviews for this show here yet! I guess I will be the first!
Joe was his amazing self that night. His guitar playing was flawless, his vocals were spot on, and the band was tight as ever! It was a great show! As always!
I loved the new music and the old. The sound mix was perfect where we were sitting! It was flawless!!
I saw the buses and trucks outside. I saw Dennis and got to say hello to him. Got to meet Jim Moody, the man responsible for bringing Joe to OKC in 2006 for my first Joe show. That was a thrill for me!
I redeemed a TDF Amp set for a Meet and Greet. We were the first in line so got to see and talk to Joe first. He was a little late but he was his amazing self. Always nice and courteous.
Joe, the gift basket I gave you was full of stuff I am sure you could care less about but I did not want to give you wine again. It is hard to know what to give the guy who probably has everything.
The gift basket included jerkeys of different kinds (kangaroo, alligator, etc), peanuts with Butt Rub, more stinking socks, Blues Hero cards by cartoonist R. Crumb, and what was suppose to be a authentic unused ticket to a Willie Dixon show from 1973.
Also, in the gift basket were some bacon flavored items (jelly beans, gum drops, sucker, and toothpicks). They were included in memory of my very first fellow Joe fan, Dave Cunningham. I try to honor him to you since he was my first fellow Joe fan. He introduced me to the Bonamassa Army and Bonanation. He helped me street team my first time. I owe him a lot. He passed away a few years ago and loved bacon.
I hope you found something in the basket you liked and kept!
I, myself, want to thank you for the best family of fans on the planet! We have become a family of fans that I cherish.
We all love you to pieces!
This was my 14th Joe show since 2006 and it will not be my last. I have tickets purchased for Red Rocks (3rd time there and can't wait). I also have tickets for Dallas in December. I will go see Joe as long as he tours and I can get there.
After watching many of Natasha's film clips on YouTube, my husband purchased a camera like hers and did a little filming that night. It was his first attempt so the quality is not the best. He also caught the band intro and Joe mentioning Jim Moody!
