Topic: Eric Clapton's "I Still Do" doc premieres tonight 5/20/16

Eric Clapton will celebrate the arrival of his upcoming album with a music special called I Still Do: An Intimate Discussion About Rock, the Blues and Shepherd’s Pie. The program is scheduled to air on May 20 at 8PM on VH1 Classic and at 9PM on MTV Live. The networks will also feature the exclusive premiere of “Spiral”

Just listening to the album for the first time right now.  IMHO there were so many lost years with Clapton, where we didn't get to here his brilliance as he went pop.  But he is such a treasure.  I hated Eric for a long time, because I felt it was such a waste.  I'm over that now.  With out Eric there would be no Joe.  The best two ever.

The only thing we deserve, is an opportunity.  Everything else has to be earned.

The Sunday papers (in my neck of the woods .. and I'm sure beyond ... it was an AP story ) ran a favorable review of the new album, along with an article on Eric.

That said ... my ears pick up when I read it here ... thanks Coach ... (enjoying ur Blog.)
