Topic: Still loving the original JBLP...

It's been a while since I have had it out of the case, but last night I pulled out my JBLP #129 and played it for a while - don't know why I put it aside for so long... It's a great guitar.

I posted a short Instagram clip of my playing over a backing track for "So Many Roads"... I am playing through the S-Gear software modeller here...

LOL!! You have VERY good eyes lol

I used to wear that t-shirt a lot years ago to client meetings.  Nobody ever got it.  Then one day I wore it to a presentation and this older lady who owned the company (jokingly) took me to task for mocking her team.  Turns out she was a gun SQL programmer back in the day.  Nowadays I only wear this t-shirt around the house... wink

Re: Still loving the original JBLP...

I really like the S-Gear plugin - it's the only one I've found where I can get the high-end right.  Most sound either too piercing and fizzy, or completely muted.   Plus, I tend to get to work faster because there aren't a billion options, just a handful of really good sounding amps.
